NOTE: Cinedigm is currently a 100% work-from-home company. While we may return to an office environment in the future, we do not have plans to return to an office setting until after Q3 of calendar year 2021. When we return to an office environment, this position will be based in Los Angeles, and the incumbent will be required to work from the office on a part or full-time basis, as needed. The Junior Content Analyst will be responsible for various analytical reports for Cinedigm Networks. This role will provide support in the areas of research, process improvements, and creating SOPs. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills with various levels across the organization, and be capable to work independently as well as within a team environment.
Key Duties
• Plan, develop, and coordinate various analytical reports for Cinedigm Networks.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data for recurring reports and ad-hoc requests.
• Provide cross-departmental support to Programming to optimize content strategy on both O&O and channel partners.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly title performance metrics across Linear and VOD brand entities.
• Work with other team members to identify trends in viewing behavior/content consumption.
• Provide support on research projects across Cinedigm's media profile.
• Provide support in the development and implementation of process improvements.
• Provide support in creating SOPs.
Essential Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Media, or a similar quantitative field.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Must be capable of working independently and within a close-knit team to design methods to better optimize content strategy across a litany of distinct and diverse media brands.
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to learn new systems is vital.
• Show an ability to clearly and concisely present quantitative findings to various stakeholders – Programming, Acquisitions, etc. - within the Networks group.
• Previous experience in Media a plus but not a requirement.
• Passion for pop culture and content across multiple platforms.
