DESCRIPTION:

Compensation and Benefits include: Base Salary ($80,000 - $90,000/year) and eligibility for sales bonus/incentive plan, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) Plan, Life Insurance Coverage, Disability Benefits, Tuition Assistance Program, PTO.

Seeking a candidate to prospect, cultivate and manage developmental television, new media and digital business, while maintaining and up-selling an existing client list; Responsible for selling traditional television and digital, along with high profile opportunities like Denver Broncos football, March Madness and the Super Bowl; Achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales goal is required; Effectively prospect local Denver businesses; Develop and deliver effective presentations positioning KCNC and its digital properties; Handle internal paperwork in a timely fashion.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required: Results oriented, organically driven, persuasive with the ability to lead and be an integral part of a team; Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with computer proficiency; Experience in Media Sales.

Preferred: Bachelor's degree; Experience selling television media; Proficiency with Wide Orbit, Salesforce and Strata.
