Compensation and Benefits include: Base Salary ($45,000 - $55,000/year) and eligibility for Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) Plan, Life Insurance Coverage, Disability Benefits, Tuition Assistance Program, PTO.

DESCRIPTION:
Oversee daily production of assigned newscast. Manage reporters and elements in the broadcast. May be responsible for digital, social and breaking news coverage. Produce content for newscasts, online and streaming CBSN Denver platforms. Participate in editorial meetings and perform other duties assigned by News Director.

Must be a leader in the development and execution of a newscast. Master of storytelling and the written word. Understand top story treatment, elementing of stories, news happening now production style, effective teasing, aggressive use of live elements, and innovation of presentation a must.

Shift may vary.

REQUIREMENTS: Television newscast producing experience

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum two years in broadcasting.
