Job Description

DESCRIPTION:

The I.T. Support Specialist is responsible for providing first and second level support for both wired and wireless devices. IT tasks include; user account creation, refreshing user devices, creating user profiles, installing applications, user training and coaching, software updates, patch deployment, and asset tracking. Admin tasks include; network printer support, daily server backups, document and monitor, and minor issues. Maintain corporate compliance and documentation. Configure, deploy, and support IT connectivity to broadcast equipment throughout the studio and transmitter sites. Install a structured cabling system through pathways, spaces, raised flooring, horizontal cabling. Terminating, testing, and making inter-connections. Assist the broadcast operations team with projects and emergencies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualification and Experience

Proficient in Windows 10 and Office 365.

Experience with macOS and Adobe Creative Cloud suite of application is a plus.

Proficient with mobile devices running iOS.

Experience with Android is a plus.

Proficient with troubleshooting desktop and laptop hardware as well as network connectivity issues.

Experience with Big Fix, SCCM, JAMF, Avaya IP office, AWS, DHCP, CIDR, VLAN, PXE, Windows Server, Linux, VMWare WinInstall is a plus.
