Looking for an opportunity to join one of the entertainment industry's leading networks? Well, look no further because we're actively recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join us at CBS! As part of the Market Resources Ad Sales Marketing Team, the Manager, Ad Sales Marketing will drive development of marketing materials and go-to-market sales collateral that highlight the advantages of CBS Television Network and the Paramount portfolio of brands for national advertisers.

This individual will be highly collaborative and solutions-oriented, a critical thinker able to anticipate Ad Sales needs to deliver and build marketing materials that are impactful, innovative and on-brand for the CBS Television Network and in collaboration with the Paramount portfolio of brands.

This position will report into the Senior Director, Ad Sales Marketing and will routinely collaborate with the entire Market Resources team and work closely with the SVP, Market Resources.

Responsibilities:
• Develop go-to-market sales materials that differentiate CBS Television Network and Paramount in the marketplace by crafting presentations, one sheets and other sales-facing materials
• Project manage multiple assignments from ideation stage to finished product
• Handle and maintain sales presentations through cloud-based sharing platform to ensure transparency and accessibility to national sales team
• Maintain a database of files, images, logos and other assets used in sales materials

Basic Qualifications:
• Knowledge of marketing, the ad sales process and media in general, with 3+ years related work experience (media industry experience highly preferred)
• Creative problem solver – ability to generate ideas and new concepts/positioning as it relates to the advertiser product/brand
• Strong written and oral communication skills – ability to communicate clearly and optimally and analyze data to develop strong selling story
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to think visually and learn new concepts quickly
• Ability to analyze basic reporting data and industry insights
