THIS IS A FULL-TIME STAFF POSITION.

The Late Show with Stephen Colbert is seeking a House Band Assistant to support the House Band Manager and House Band.

Responsibilities:
• Working on-site with the House Band and Manager, the right candidate will be able to handle a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment.
• Maintain essential show logs, schedules, and meticulous expense reports.
• Support various shoots with house band, rehearsals, daily schedules and day-to-day show prep escorting musicians through testing, wardrobe, hair & makeup, rehearsal and performances. Reading sheet music a plus.
• Other tasks include but are not limited to intern mentorship and management, maintaining band needs and requests, working with other teams to coordinate assignments for house band.

Qualifications:
• One year music / music industry experience.
• A calm, collected demeanor with the ability to multi-task.
