Job Description

Responsibilities

Include, but are not limited to:
• Manage the Production team and oversee all office/studio logistics.
• Track and manage overall finances for the production.
• Review all payroll for crew.
• Liaise with network legal team as needs arise.

Qualifications
• Strong production experience (prior LP level).
• Knowledge of Microsoft office (specifically tracking and using spreadsheets).
• Experience with budgeting using Movie Magic budgeting software, payroll and cost reporting a must.
• Deep understanding of how to staff up a production.
• Ability to multi-task and know how to prioritize.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
• Experience with rate negotiations.
• Extremely detail oriented.
