KDKA-TV/WPCW-TV, CBS owned and operated station group in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a talented, dynamic, and organized Sales Marketing Coordinator to facilitate a top-performing sales team's campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing sales strategies that deliver customer solutions through an integrated suite of media platforms – television, in-content, commercial production, digital, OTT, and social. You will also manage the execution of advertiser campaigns and manage relationships, while enhancing the overall experience for CBS Pittsburgh's advertising partners.

The Sales Marketing Coordinator must be organized, with an outstanding work ethic. This team-focused position will be deadline driven, goal oriented and structured. The ideal person must possess an entrepreneurial mindset, competitive spirit, and exhibit passion for marketing sales, both broadcast and digital.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Delivers effective and measurable sponsorship campaigns sold by the CBS Pittsburgh Sales Department, by managing expectations, communicating timelines, and ensuring contract fulfillment
• Assist in the planning and execution of all partners' contractual elements, including traditional media assets, in-content promotional campaigns, commercial TV production, sports partnerships, and community programs
• Collaborate with sales team on the development of new sales opportunities
• Works hand-in-hand with Sales and the Coordinating Producers to certify that all segments comply with CBS compliance guidelines and policy
• Manages promotions, communications, and advertising associated with partnerships and assessment of their success
• Assists in identifying, evaluation, feasibility analysis and negotiating of new sponsorship proposals as well as renewals
• Works directly with the production department to monitor workflow and pricing
• Assists in the development and tracking of sponsorship budgets
• Develops plans for advertising and promotion materials to support sponsorship activation
• Monitors and responds to employee and customer feedback and implements improvements
• Prepares detailed status reports, timelines, and post event recaps
• Serves as advocate for the station by building and maintaining positive relationships

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Computer skills required: experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) is required.
• Demonstrated ability to be strategic, creative and solution-oriented.
• Ability to establish effective client and interdepartmental relationships, manage multiple client contacts and projects, and drive business.
• Strong project management skills focused on organization, time management and planning.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a group of highly motivated individuals, and be an independent thinker.
• Able to interface with colleagues, senior executives, and clients effectively and personably, recognizing the need to adjust communication style accordingly to the audience.
