Division Overview:
Client Solutions is a fast-paced, creatively-driven team within the ViacomCBS Digital Integrated Marketing division focused on developing custom media solutions that leverage the full scope of ViacomCBS's digital portfolio of assets to generate revenue. We interface directly with the digital Ad Sales team and function as externally-facing, client-focused marketing specialists.
Role Details:
The Client Solutions Coordinator has an active role in facilitating the strategic, creative, and data-driven pitches and ideas that ViacomCBS Digital Ad Sales take to market. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver; a right-and-left-brain thinker; a great teammate: and an expert communicator who supports the Integrated Marketing and Ad Sales team's work in driving revenue through advertising partnerships. In this position, the candidate will help ideate and develop innovative and creative sponsorship/advertising/marketing solutions for clients that accomplish their goals and engage mass audiences.
Your Day-To-Day:
• Assist in creative development, presentation, and project management, supporting the Client Solutions team's work with the Advertising Sales team.
• Manage and curate the entire RFP submission process -- from start to finish -- ensuring a consistent flow of communication among all stakeholders
• Act as a key contact for Client Solutions, partnering with teams across the company -- including Ad Sales, Programming, Creative Services, Sales Planning, Business Affairs, Digital, and Social -- in order to develop custom marketing solutions
• Manage internal meetings and maintain organizational documents including timelines, status sheets, and contributions to the intra-org collateral portal
• Work cross disciplinarily to address client feedback and/or changes to a marketing proposal/concept
Key Projects:
• Participate in brainstorms and collaborate with internal teams to develop integration and sponsorship opportunities including, but not limited to standard sponsorships, custom content, digital and social media campaigns, etc.
• Author support materials for the advertising sales force, including sponsorship packages and custom programs.
• Stay up to speed on trends and news around media, entertainment, and advertising, reporting these back up to internal and external teams to inform the broader organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
What you bring to the team:
You have -
• Bachelor degree
• 1-2 years' experience in Ad Sales, Integrated Marketing, and/or agency experience
• Expertise with PowerPoint and MS Office suite, as well as G-Suite products and services
• Meticulously organized and with an eye for the fine print (detail-oriented).
• Proactive and positive attitude, calm under pressure, and completely comfortable in an ever-changing environment.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal tracking systems and procedures.
