Overview & Responsibilities
We are currently looking to an Associate Project Manager for our Revenue Insights & Operations team. This role will be responsible for coordinating and partnering with various teams across the organization to ensure campaign execution of advertising programs such as Audience Acquisition campaigns, tent pole events, and other high-priority campaigns.
The Associate Project Manager will also serve as an individual contributor in identifying process improvements and partnering with internal resources in developing and automating reporting needs. This includes collaborating with smaller groups to analyze workflows, contribute in development of effective processes, and assist management in training.
This role reports to the Director, Revenue Insights.
This is a meaningful role with a wide range of responsibilities, including:
• Effectively working with functional groups such as Yield, Trafficking, Ad Product, Business Intelligence & Account Management.
• Proactively monitoring campaign performance and delivery goals, and bringing up delivery issues as necessary.
• Generating and analyzing detailed campaign reporting; provides detailed insights and analysis for client and suggests optimization strategies for increased performance.
• Educating and guiding new and existing clients on standard methodologies, onboarding new clients and proactively addressing areas where improvement is needed.
• Effectively managing time and deadlines while balancing multiple priorities internally and externally.
• Compiling reporting, including aggregating data from multiple sources, as requested by client/sales.
• Leading teams in ensuring flawless and complete campaign executions and delivery for key clients and tent-pole events.
• Assisting in special projects needed to meet organizational goals.
Basic Qualifications
We believe the right individual will have the following skills and experience in order to be successful in this role:
• At least 2+ years of experience in digital media in a digital ad sales support, digital campaign specialist, campaign coordination/management, and/or ad operations role.
• Strong Excel skills and experience in a professional capacity.
• Strong knowledge of digital ad space, such as media planning, creative, and publisher trafficking.
• Solid understanding of digital advertising concepts and terms.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in media-related business.
Additional Qualifications
• Excellent client service approach and ability to meet tight/ad hoc deadlines and multi-task effectively supporting and delivering on multiple requests.
• Experienced in compiling, documenting and communicating client requirements to internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data query languages such as SQL and Python.
• Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
