Overview:

Paramount+, the streaming service from ViacomCBS, has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Marketing Manager to join the Media Strategy team. In this role, you will help plan and execute full-funnel campaigns to drive awareness and growth of the product. Come join the team!

Responsibilities:
• Work in cross-functional teams to strategize and execute awareness campaigns across online and offline marketing channels, including Paid Social, Paid Search, Paid Display, TV, Audio, Outdoor, and more.
• Partner with internal and external media teams to plan and optimize spend across digital media channels and other initiatives, ensuring that marketing goals are met
• Analyze the results of media tests to inform recommendations for future optimizations across paid channels (variables include offers, copy, targeting and segmentation, and creative messaging, etc.)
• Review reporting of marketing campaigns to continuously make optimizations and improve strategies for future initiatives
• Advocate for data-driven decision making that uses information from multiple data sources such first-party tech stacks and third-party partner resources
• Explore new channels and partners on an ongoing basis for potential marketing opportunities
• Support paid media campaigns for tentpole events and core priorities, assisting with the optimization and streamlining of tracking/reporting
• Manage campaigns from development to execution to ensure timely and precise campaign launches
• Develop and maintain trackers to inform internal stakeholders of campaign flighting across partners and ad products
• Share performance reports/recaps and other takeaways with the greater team, and provide recommendations that would help drive growth
• Liaise with media channel owners, creative team, vendors, and other marketing partners to implement standard methodologies across paid media tactics while staying true to the Paramount+ brand
• Ensure campaigns are maximizing return on ad spend by comparing performance against key indicators and benchmarks, focusing on finding and driving high quality Paramount+ subscribers
• Map out customer journeys and media touch points across devices and platforms
• Assist in overseeing Paramount+ marketing budget, invoice tracking, and monthly reconciliation process

Basic Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of experience working in a marketing environment
• Experience analyzing and reviewing data to make sound business decisions
• Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to foster relationships

Additional Qualifications:
• Experience in digital subscription services and/or e-commerce
• Understanding and experience with AB/MVT testing
• Prior experience at an ad agency
• Strong interest in entertainment content, sports, and live events!
