Promotions Producer

Job Description

CBS2 is looking for a versatile Promotions Producer with the drive and ability to take on multiple tasks. Position requires a highly organized, detail oriented individual who thrives working in a team environment. Must be comfortable using specialized software applications. Must also possess creative qualities to produce promos and PSAs.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Entering and checking promos, commercials and paid programming
• Produce daily news topical promos
• Produce PSAs and station Image promos
• Other responsibilities assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Must be able to write, edit and create promos while also managing deadlines
• Proficiency with Premiere Pro and Photoshop
• Basic DSLR shooting skills preferred
• After Effects skills are a plus
• Experience in News Promotion is a plus
• Experience in Station Operations is a plus
• Experience in social media promotion is a plus
• Degree in Mass Communications or a related field preferred
