The Digital Enterprises team that supports Warner Bros Entertainment's Global Kids, Young Adults, and Classics (GKYAC) creates innovative and delightful digital destinations for brands like Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, Boomerang and Turner Classic Movies. We connect fans with the shows, movies, and characters they love through video apps, gaming and more!

The Job

The GKYAC division is looking for an innovative, talented Associate Designer to join the creative team. A successful candidate will be passionate about visual design, curious about how design can improve the user experience and ready to partner with technology teams to make the work look stunning on a variety of digital platforms.

As part of the creative team, this role will play a hands-on role in creating & activating the brand experience on a variety of products aimed at diverse audiences from the preschool level up through adulthood. And work collaboratively with team members in a variety of disciplines including visual design, copy writing, video editing, motion graphics, illustration, prototyping and user experience.

The Daily
• Exhibit exceptional design skills. Able to develop unique concepts and work within style guides.
• Execute design projects showing expertise in composition, imagery, color, messaging, and typography.
• Teamwork skills – ability to work with art director's and other project stakeholder's feedback.
• Collaborate with team members to create with graphics that most effectively convey the intended message.
• Communicate and present your work, explain your creative process and how designs align with project goals.
• Effectively multitask and be able to evaluate and manage time, resources, and deadlines.
• Clearly communicate changes to scope of work, technical issues and decisions impacting workflow.
• Keep up with current brand content and industry news and asses how it can be effectively incorporated.
• Actively contributes to Design team's file management and housekeeping across all systems.

The Essentials
• Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• A strong portfolio of work showing experience
• Excellent understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with Figma and Prototyping tools are a plus
• Organization, maturity, and ability to meet specific deadlines under pressure
• Passion for design with a strong internal drive to learn, grow and share.
• Ability to take a project from concept to execution
