The Role

The New York office is seeking an Assistant to join their Sports team. In this role, you will initially be responsible for providing administrative support to two Sports Property Sales Executives, aiding in completion of day-to-day tasks, carrying out research and providing assistance within the partnerships sales process. You will also be responsible for working and interacting with select international talent clients as an extension of your role. Assistants are an important part of the CAA structure, and it is hoped that the successful candidate will ultimately become an Agent within the company.

Responsibilities
• Day-to-day support for the team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expenses, answering calls, meeting and greeting clients
• General market research as required on: Competitors, Brands, Territories, Legislation and Events
• Prospecting new business across emerging brands and categories
• New business pitch presentation preparation
• Production of presentations for client meetings
• General assistance to the team with ongoing projects

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Arts, Business or the equivalent preferred
• General understanding of current sports and sports business landscape, including across Esports and Formula 1
• Ability to prioritize a busy workload
• Professionalism in developing business relationships at all levels
• Previous experience in related sponsorship/partnership fields is desirable
