Summary

CAA is seeking a Product Manager to join our Product Management team.

As CAA continues to expand its footprint in the sport and entertainment industry and grow globally, we have an increasing need to implement applications supporting our diverse customers - clients, agents, executives, assistants, and business partners. The Product Management team is focused on implementing technology products to drive productivity and effectiveness of our customers. We are obsessed about delivering intuitive products that embody CAA's culture.

We seek a curious and creative product manager. We are looking for individuals who are highly adaptable, who like solving problems and can drive clarity across diverse stakeholder groups. We seek a product manager who can lead products through the full lifecycle from defining the initial vision and product roadmap to implementing sustainable processes for ongoing product support and customer feedback.

What You'll Do
• Understand and embrace CAA's culture to ensure that it influences your product management practices.
• Quickly develop a deep understanding of products you will manage, including the business domains and workflows that these products support.
• Manage a portfolio of products made up of commercial off the shelf products and custom-built applications.
• Support the delivery of product features iteratively to provide the expected business outcomes.
• Conduct market research to understand competition and define the products' positioning.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other product managers on the team to ensure alignment across products and product lines.
• Help orchestrate the work of our engineers throughout the development cycle to deliver the highest quality products.
• Design simple and intuitive product experiences.
• Work closely with our corporate stakeholders to ensure that their compliance, data privacy, financial and HR requirements are represented during product development.
• Have deep understanding and empathy for customer needs, using user research and creative feedback mechanisms to validate product hypotheses and optimal product solutions. This will include working with our Customer Experience team to elicit their input on new product features.
• Be data-driven and use data to decide the best opportunities that deliver the most business impact.
• Provide input into work scheduling and work closely with business leaders and our Product Development team to deliver new products and feature enhancements.

Who You Are
• You have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in product management, working either remotely or in-person.
• As a product manager, you should be accountable as the voice of the product(s) and the customers you support. You should be familiar with all stages of the digital product life cycle (early-stage products, mature digital products, and late-stage products).
• You can collaborate with others in business, IT and other corporate functions.
• You are familiar with Kanban concepts and practices.
• You should be familiar in working with a distributed version control system such as Git and GitHub.
• We expect proficiency with testing approaches and experience in testing product features and troubleshooting bugs.
• You are curious and have a great ability to learn, especially about new business domains and workflows, and you are eager to expand your areas of expertise.
• As someone entrusted with sensitive company information, you consistently work to protect CAA's systems and data through your security awareness.

Where You'll Be

This position will work remotely but must be able to work typical office hours. Occasional travel including company meetings and events is expected.
