Role

The world's leading full service entertainment, media, and sports agency is seeking an analyst to support the Member Services department. The position focuses primarily on content strategy and analysis. The ideal candidate has a passion for data analysis and process, is a self-starter, and possesses a desire to gain exposure to the business and legal aspects of the entertainment industry (this role is not for candidates seeking the Agent career path).

The Analyst will be responsible for gathering data and and assisting with systems development and implementation to support Member Services strategy Initatives. The Analyst will work closely with other Corporate Finance teams and Project Managers as a key source to bridge information between the groups. The analyst will review and analyze data, create reports or presentations, and assist with project implementation and tracking. The role adheres to strict Confidentiality requirements regarding employee compensation and other sensitive topics.

Responsibilities

The Analyst's responsibilities include the following:
• Support SVP with strategy and development in all aspects of Member Services
• Assist with gathering and reviewing data from various sources to develop scalable systems
• Analyze existing processes and data to identify recommendations for improvement
• Develop presentation materials for member communications
• Respond to requests and questions from members
• Provide support for other Corporate Finance teams such as Tax, Accounting and Treasury
• Monitor and track implementation of new systems supporting Member Services
• Provide high-quality ad hoc analysis and reports as requested
• Cultivate relationships within Finance and Accounting to build a robust communication network
• Respond to Management questions through research and analysis

Education and Work Experience
• BS or BA required with a concentration in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred.
One to three years financial analysis and/or accounting experience required with Sports and/or Entertainment industry experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Finance required. Strong time management, decision-making, attention to detail, and interpersonal and communication skills required. Ability to work well under pressure; meet tight deadlines; manage multiple projects and expectations; and maintain a sharp focus while managing competing priorities.
