THE ROLE

CAA's Global Inclusion Strategy (GIS) team is seeking an Executive reporting to the Head of Global Inclusion Strategy around the strategy, implementation, and assessment of the holistic CAA GIS efforts. This role will support key GIS objectives, including: Building an inclusive, welcoming, and engaged global community committed to providing excellent service to our colleagues, clients, and partners. They will build agency-wide capacity to enact the mission through learning and development, talent planning, and employee engagement.

This position reports to the Head of Global Inclusion Strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall Work
• Help to develop, execute, and embed agency-wide Global Inclusion Strategy's strategic plan and convey its relevance to the company's mission, culture, performance, brand, and revenue.
• Support integration of GIS vision and mission across the agency at the departmental, division, regional, local, and global levels relevant to core business objectives and outcomes.
• Help to develop and implement initiatives and programs that foster and sustain an inclusive culture.
• Partner with CBSG, Amplify, and Foundation colleagues related to key business-industry partnerships and activations.
• Develop an inclusion measurement and reporting strategy for leadership and employees.
• Serve as a key ambassador for new agency hires to integrate them into overall GIS initiatives and programs.

HRBPs and Recruitment
• Work closely with the HR team to create sustainable and inclusive talent planning, management, and development processes
• Liaise with recruiters and other HR partners to share business-specific insights and external partnership opportunities to aid in recruitment strategy and initiatives.
• In partnership with recruiting, establish, cultivate and leverage relationships with external diverse talent sourcing organizations.
• In partnership with the HR Team, serve as a coach to agents/executives regarding inclusion and engagement strategies across the agency.

In partnership with the HR Team, support agency outreach and recruitment partnerships (including CAA's HBCU, HSI, and AAPI, and Indigenous initiatives).

HR Learning and Development
• Develop/Execute an Inclusion Leadership learning strategy to build competency and organization capabilities to foster CAA's success with colleagues and clients.
• Work in partnership with learning and development to build essential inclusion knowledge and skills for all colleagues throughout the company.
• Support and participate in the building of a strong and inclusive development track for our entry level colleagues
• Develop and deliver relevant organizational training materials, including coaching colleagues and departments.

Communication and Culture
• Partner with Corporate Communication Executive to drive awareness of agency Global Inclusion rationale, initiatives and successes.
• Contribute to employee engagement strategy and partner with CAA+.
• Lead the company global commemorations and celebrations.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree preferred. Advanced degree preferred.
• Significant professional experience as a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility executive in a public and/or private organization.
• Results-driven executive with a proven track record of transformational leadership, coupled with a sense of urgency.
• Deep understanding of the Human Resources function and how to work across the business and HR to deliver results.
• Proven ability to balance the strategic with the day-to-day execution.
• Thought leader knowledgeable of systemic and global injustice and inequities stemming from identity-based bias and hate.
• Entrepreneurial, flexible, and can thrive in autonomous environments with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity.
• Maintain discretion and is a trusted confidante with the ability to manage confidential information and exercise sound judgment and risk management.
• Be a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior leadership, clients, and partners.
• Strong critical thinking, listening, collaboration, and emotional/cultural intelligence skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build relationships and trust at all levels of the organization.
