The Role

This role will work closely with the CCO and Studio team and to manage account manage incoming and current client projects. The necessary traits to be successful in this role are purpose-driven, accountable, optimistic, proactive, attention to detail and a passion to understand culturally relevant design for brands. The ideal studio Project Manager needs to be comfortable wearing many hats, be client-services oriented, and a team builder while bringing the intention to thrive in an innovative design environment.

Responsibilities

Run Account Management Process
• Be front-end communicator of Client agenda creation for meetings
• Develop and provide accountability documents (i.e. SOWs, Agendas, Timelines)
• Drive Project Management for 2-4 Studio Clients (internally and externally)
• Co-lead (with Senior Creatives) client meetings, deliver conference reports, and track approvals
• Coordinate and produce project timelines with oversight from CCO and Senior Creatives
• Coordinate and track all approvals from CCO and client until completion

Plan Optimal Client Service Meetings with CCO/Creative team
• Draft and circulate Agenda for project Kick-Off
• Create Project Summary for team/client reporting key milestones, feedback and timelines
• Run point on category research and insights deliverables to support Senior Designers on their strategic set up
• Coordinate third party vendor services and deliverables (i.e. Production, Developers, Promotional providers, etc.)
• Manage key communication with internal and external clients for Brand Studio deliverables

Provide Onboard Detailing for Engagement of New Account Projects
• Draft Statement of Work (for CCO approval) for new projects and circulate approved proposals to Clients
• Submit SOW with General Counsel and coordinate/track changes and approvals
• Circulate final SOW/Engagement letter with new clients and file booking report
• Follow up with Accounts Payable team for all approved invoices/reimbursables

Qualifications
• 2 - 4 years project management experience at a branding agency or in-house brand of relevant category (lifestyle branding – retail, retail experiential, fashion, beauty, home, food)
• Experience with client servicing project management, scheduling and prioritization, follow up process for approvals
• Excellent professional outreach skills and proactive spirit
• Experienced with Project/Account Management tools and applications (example: Monday, Slack, etc.)
• Ability to organize and own workflow to maintain best practices throughout the client servicing process
• Prior Ability to show working knowledge of the brand creation process (i.e. timelines, creative development, campaign or design production, etc.)
