The Role

Associate, Productivity & Performance Analysis will be responsible for assisting in improving company productivity and performance including expense management and other projects, with a focus on tracking and analysis of Compensation
• Provide insightful, value-added analyses that assist company in meeting and exceeding Budget and Long-Term plan expectations
• Adhere to strict Confidentiality requirements regarding employee compensation and other sensitive topics
• Act as a team player with integrity; interact closely with the FP&A group
• Evaluate new initiatives including assisting with potential M&A and financial structuring
• Handle special projects on an ad hoc basis

Compensation Oversight
• Assist SVP with oversight of all aspects of the Compensation process
• Build strong relationships throughout Operating Divisions and Corporate especially Accounting, Tech and HR
• Help with preparation of AOP, Reforecast and Year-End projections
• Track monthly compensation vs. AOP and Reforecast by Division and Department
• Analyze impact of new hires and terminations on current and future fiscal-year results
• Provide monthly analysis and reporting to leadership with explanations
• Develop compensation materials for Year-End department meetings
• Respond to requests and questions from Division leadership
• Provide support for the Member Services team
• Analyze headcount by division with a focus on long-term needs
• Contribute ideas to improve Compensation planning and the Compensation planning systems

Expense Management
• Provide FP&A support with budgeting and forecasting of Operating Expenses, notably Compensation
• Leverage analytical tools such as Power BI to improve expense tracking and analysis
• Assist in development of Operating Expense dashboards for Leadership
• Focus on improving operational efficiency and optimal resource allocation – expense management and reduction solutions
• Work closely with Purchasing department to quantify and track savings initiatives across the organization
• Analyze T&E expense, Rent, Insurance and Other costs – working closely with Facilities, Tech and HR

Cash Flow and Other
• Assist Treasury and FP&A with Cash Flow and Balance Sheet forecasting
• Help with roll-out of compensation planning system to other CAA subsidiaries as well as recommending improvements
• Track monthly capital spending vs. AOP and Reforecast
• Special projects involving reorganization and departmental requests
• Assist development of competitor activity reporting
