The Role

The Accounting Coordinator is an entry level professional with the ability to pay invoices and manage the P card for the Golf Department.

Responsibilities
• Manage Golf AP email inbox for all payment requests.
• Pay invoices via p card or check/ wire request
• Allocate all FedEx bills for the department
• Complete monthly p card expense report in Concur
• Provide any additional general administrative support and assist with special projects as needed
