OVERVIEW

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Account Manager to join our award-winning London team and take on a role working with several high-profile sport & entertainment brands.

We are seeking a capable and confident operator with account handling experience and a growing understanding of the management skills required to drive value for a client's brand across owned, earned and paid platforms.

The individual will have experience in developing and delivering 360 sponsorship campaigns across a range of disciplines from rights management to digital, content and communications delivery.

The role:

This is an exciting and dynamic role working on several of CAA Brand Consulting's newest accounts, outlined below:

Sokin – UK & European Football

Sokin, which was founded in 2019, is a fintech innovator and is the first global payment provider to launch consumer and business products that enable unlimited international transfers and payments for a small monthly fixed subscription fee.

Citing former England and Manchester United footballer Rio Ferdinand among its investors, Sokin was recently announced as the Official Global Payments Partner to a number of clubs within the English Premier League, Ligue 1 and Bundesliga.

CAA Brand Consulting will advise Sokin on its European football partnerships, as well as growing its sports, entertainment, and purpose-focused partnership portfolio across global markets. This role will involve providing PR & communications support and tactical news generation to help drive awareness amongst the brand's core audience.

The second account included for this role is for a new sponsorship with a major English Premier League club. The Account Manager will join the core account team in the opening stages of the planning process for this exciting and innovative new partnership. More information on this can be provided in the interview process when appropriate.

Main Responsibilities to include, but limited to:
• Assisting Account Lead with day-to-day operations of account
• Account administration, activity scheduling, budget tracking and client reporting
• Campaign planning, research and idea generation
• Event management and logistics
• Client, stakeholder and supplier liaison
• Monitoring latest trends in sport, digital and technology
• Networking events and business development

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
• Must have previous agency or in-house experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience in client servicing
• Creative flair with a passion for ideas and innovative thinking
• Entrepreneurial self-starter with a proactive can-do attitude
• Team player with the ability to work autonomously as required
• Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Football knowledge and experience preferable
• Previous experience with talent management and influencer outreach preferrable
• Must have an organised and detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced work environment
• Experience of working with vendors for on-site activity
