The Role

The CAA Account Executive will play a key role in managing many of our new, strategic advisory clients.

The Executive will be focused on project-based clients in helping to create sports and entertainment partnership strategies, assess opportunities and build incremental revenue streams. Day-to-day responsibilities will include creating decks, competitive brand partnership research, working across internal agency teams, aligning with sports and entertainment properties, ideating marketing and activation ideas and staying up to date on the industry overall. The candidate will interface regularly with clients, many of whom are high level C-suite executives.

It will be key in this role for the candidate to multi-task and stay organized, while managing multiple projects at once. While this position will be a part of an agency team, it will also be crucial for the candidate to show initiative and thrive while independently working on projects.

Responsibilities
• Assist with development of sports and entertainment marketing strategies for supporting all new project-based business development, non-retainer clients with partnership strategic assessment and portfolio development
• Lead the strategic development process, including working with various teams and disciplines throughout the agency
• Liaising with sports and entertainment industry partners to assess partnership opportunities for clients
• Organizing new client onboarding including obtaining all necessary documentation, uploading and sorting client provided files, helping create executive summaries
• Managing the legal review process of securing SOW and MSA docs
• Management of all finances- drafting invoices, tracking payment and keeping with finance to ensure timely booking reports
• Support team with competitive research for each client project
• Some administrative duties such as:
• Maintain project tracker with relevant updates on a weekly basis
• Help with scheduling of meetings between the team and/or clients
• Create and keep a project timeline, ensuring the team stays on schedule to deliver within the scope window
• Weekly updates to senior management

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Advertising preferred or equivalent experience
• 4+ years' experience in partnership marketing with experiential marketing experience
• Exceptional project management experience
• Agency experience highly preferred
• Best-in-class client servicing and relationship building
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to ''think on one's feet'' in a fast-paced, agency environment
• Solution oriented
• Be a self-starter and embrace an entrepreneurial spirit
• Be detail oriented and organized, able to manage multiple projects/clients at once
• Have an understanding of how various sports and entertainment industries work- including the different ways a brand can leverage
