This position is fully remote, yet candidates must be based and be able to legally work in either USA or Canada.

What You'll Be Doing
• Simplifying the transfer and conversion of data generated using external data creation tools
• Optimizing Unreal Engine and the editor
• Create and maintain tools documentation
• Designing and implementing features and user interfaces for the Unreal Engine editor
• Analyzing and optimizing load times, memory usage, and performance problems
• Supporting other members of the Digital crew by answering their questions on Unreal Engine
• Collaborate with the other Pipeline Developers to map out and optimize workflows and tool integration
• Participate in daily scrum and other pipeline related meetings

What You'll Bring
• Excellent C++ skills
• Experience in Animation / VFX / Gaming industry
• Excellent optimization and debugging skills
• Well versed in software engineering principles
• Experience with Unreal Engine is required
• Experience developing in a large codebase; ideally experience designing and implementing features from the ground up
