The Goal Ahead

Reporting directly to the President of BRON, the Senior Marketing Coordinator extraordinaire will be interfacing externally with a variety of collaborators such as publicists, PR representatives, marketing partners and will be also liaising internally amongst departments. This person will hold a key role in the execution of BRON's marketing strategy.

This position is hybrid, work from home and from our Los Angeles office, and candidates must be able to legally work in USA.

Salary range: USD $75,000-85,000

What You'll Be Doing
• Be the first point of contact for BRON's external marketing agencies, and liaise with BRON executives to ensure the coordination of all Marketing & Publicity initiatives and to ensure distribution partners and management are satisfied with the proposed marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with external social media agency partner to ensure publications align with the company marketing strategy, collect materials and manage calendar for social media posts
• Work closely with EVP, Production to oversee movement of all marketing and publicity related assets from production to post and subsequently to our various international sales and domestic & other distribution partners
• Liaise with external PR agency and BRON President to coordinate internal and external approvals on all corporate and film related press releases and other corporate communications
• Wrangle talent approvals on production stills, EPK footage, artwork, or other
• Coordinate logistics for all major film and TV premieres, including assisting with overall schedule, screening and afterparty ticket allocations, and executive handling on the red carpet, talent and corporate travel and expenses
• Track and manage project details (distribution, marketing, PR materials, key dates, invoices, reports, meeting agendas and minutes)
• Maintain marketing department database (media contacts, festivals, online accounts, etc.)
• Assist project leads in developing creative briefs and marketing assets
• Produce the following materials as needed: one-pagers for sales purposes, bios for production via IMDbPro, misc. copy for decks when needed
• Manage the BRON internal newsletter
• Help President of BRON Media with any ad hoc projects

What You'll Bring
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years marketing experience in a motion picture studio, agency or firm
• Experience with project management
• Excellent at organization, prioritization, and working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent in written and verbal communication, excellent interpersonal skills and result oriented
• Fluency in digital platforms, social media tools, trends and new technologies
• A professional interest in publicity, media relations and marketing as well as basic knowledge of the entertainment industry
• Strong computer skills; Photoshop and InDesign skills are a plus
