Job Description
BRON Digital, is a state-of-the-art virtual production and service company, that utilizes Unreal Engine to develop and produce long-form animation for series television, short-form content, and motion pictures. This division leverages BRON's extensive experience producing traditional CGI animation to apply and adapt the best practices of linear animation pipelines and marry those with Unreal Engine centered, virtual production workflows. The move allows BRON to broaden and expand its production and produce high quality content with much faster turnarounds.

We are looking for a full-time, fixed-term Graphic Designer, to join our BRON Digital Division, and work across our 3 animated shows. Reporting to our Production Supervisor, the Graphic Designer will be working on main titles and end titles of our Digital shows, as well as designing materials for our Digital productions.

The ideal Graphic Designer will keep pulse on latest trends, push its creativity, use skillset to swiftly produce deliverables, exceed expectations, and meet deadlines. Last but not least, the selected candidate will contribute to the success and emergence of numerous animated series, while working with a collaborative team!

Requirements:

Role & Responsibilities
• Interact with all BRON Digital shows, and support overall design needs including but not limited to main and end titles, presentations (e.g. deck, one pager, catalogue), event/festival design (e.g. social post, invite, banner, merch), and other project specific needs
• Design in a wide range of styles, be able to follow and elevate templates, as well as create brand new visual styles that will stand out
• Create presentations for project-based animated productions
• Use a high level of creativity to generate, edit and offer multiple concept ideas of various interactive documents
• Be confident in writing compelling copy for materials as needed
• Liaise with colleagues, executives, and filmmakers
• Welcome and interpret creative feedback and new data, problem solve and adjust design scope when faced with challenges or changes of direction
• Deliver materials within specified timelines and identify/adjust priorities as needed
• Track and communicate progress on all projects on a regular basis
• Monitor industry trends, best practices, and apply this knowledge to the work
• Keep up with the shifting needs of the department due to the rapid and evolving nature of the film and entertainment industry

Qualifications
• Degree/Diploma in Graphic design (or equivalent experience)
• Graphic design work experience (3+ years), preferably in the film industry
• Experience in Maya, 3Ds Max and or Blender
• High proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
• Experience in motion design/video editing with Adobe After Effects/Premiere
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Proficient with web/interactive presentation
• Impeccable attention to detail, with high standard for layout and typography
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, all the way from concept to delivery
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Copywriting and/or proofreading experience is not a requirement but is a plus
• Experience in web design, front-end development, photography, or illustration an asset
• Passion for the entertainment industry and storytelling
