About the role
The successful applicant will be assisting our EVP, Film. We are seeking someone who's looking to learn about every aspect of film content production both creatively and commercially. The Assistant to EVP, Film must be incredibly organized, detail focused and have strong creative and commercial instincts. They must have strong previous experience assisting busy executives.
This permanent position is based in Los Angeles, but is currently remote due to COVID-19.
Requirements:
Role & Responsibilities
• Conduct phone duties, which include but not limited to: fielding incoming calls, transferring calls, taking messages, scheduling calls, etc.
• Manage and update calendars on a regular basis.
• Schedule and organize meetings through necessary audio and video services (I.e. Zoom).
• Managing weekly expense report reconciliations.
• Filing, downloading and sorting incoming e-documents.
• Address general inquiries, keep office area presentable for visitors and clients.
• Book travel arrangements and proactively check on cancellations or delays to ensure alternate arrangements are made.
• Work closely with other Assistants in BRON's multiple offices.
Qualifications
• A minimum of 1-year content production industry experience preferred, but not required.
• 1 year of exeprience in an agency is required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer skills with Word, Excel and Outlook and ability to quickly learn new software tools.
• A proven ability to work in a team, but also to be self-directed and take initiative to accomplish personal goals.
• Exceptional attention to detail to maintain credibility and effective working relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
