Job Description
Reporting to the SVP of Program Management, the Program Manager will join a team focused on promoting consumer engagement with UMG artists and driving new e-commerce revenue streams. This is a key role, working closely with the eCommerce and Bravado businesses, product, and engineering teams to oversee the ongoing roadmap, processes, and support for assigned tools (DAM and PLM). This person will be a liaison between users and support roles helping to gain the full value of these two systems. This is a newly created position, coming at a critical time, as UMG looks to upgrade and unify its efforts across business units. How you'll CREATE:
• Learn the Bravado and eComm businesses to become SME relative to tools that you will support
• Become SME for assigned tools
• Act as the liasion between SMEs of the business and support roles to influence and manage work requests (which includes bug fixes, feature requests, upgrades, reporting needs)
• Find ways to continuously improve upon how people work in the system (eg training, enhancing features) and how the system can help improve how the business is run (eg running reports to inform the business leaders)
• Understand data flow between both systems to ensure data quality and efficient processes
• Be aware of other systems in the ecosystem that may serve same purpose in case there should be more business adoption or integrations
• Act as main POC for vendor management of assigned tools
• Effectively manage and articulate the roadmap
• Deep-dive existing and potential problem areas, develop and communicate corrective action and mitigation plans, and drive follow-through to successful resolution.
• Train users as needed; develop training materials
• Help to QA tool changes before implementation

Bring your VIBE:
• 3+ years of product or program management experience
• 5+ years of engineering, business analysis, QA, and/or project management experience
• Demonstrated effective communication and presentation skills
• Highly organized individual
• Results-oriented individual who can develop and manage relationships based on trust, teamwork, and knowledge
• Ability to confidently lead meetings and discussions to drive initiatives and resolve issues and challenges.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• eCommerce/supply chain platform experience a plus

Salary Range:
$88,200 - $176,247

The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
