We are currently seeking an Order Management Coordinator. The Order Management Coordinator contributes to the production (P2P) process by assisting with the execution of complete delivery, goods receipt through invoice verification. This person will assist in driving KPIs for On-Time Delivery as well as End-to-End cycle times through receiving at the 3PL.

How you'll CREATE:
• Oversees the complete delivery of a shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies for Tour, Ecommerce, Retail and VIP/Supply
• Collaborates and communicates with logistics manager, production, and fulfillment operations, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products
• Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves within project management systems and ERP
• Inspects shipment packing lists and compares with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy
• Provide tracking information and enforce ASN protocol to ensure end distribution has visibility to inbound shipments
• Perform Goods Receipt on all incoming products and components into ERP system
• Coordinate the process of invoices and coding and work with finance to ensure timely payment of vendors and billing
• Confer or correspond with cross-functional teams to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, or nonconformance to specifications
• Track finished goods and components until final delivery is made. Work with production to resolve order discrepancies
• Maintain an organized view of outstanding products and the related unfulfilled orders
• Monitor various platforms to assure data is consistent across various systems
• Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
• Contribute positively to team dynamic and manage up where necessary
• Creates and logs UPCs for D2C products

Bring your VIBE:

• Proficient in Excel, including running V-Lookups and Pivot Tables
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, and Adobe products
• Ability to work in face paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Good computer / data entry skills
