We are currently seeking a Coordinator, Order Management who contributes to the production (P2P) process by assisting with the execution of complete delivery, goods receipt through invoice verification. This person will oversee the complete delivery of a shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies for Ecommerce and VIP/Supply. This role will also assist in driving KPIs for On-Time Delivery as well as End-to-End cycle times through receiving at the 3PL.

How you'll CREATE:
• Collaborates and communicates with logistics manager, production, and fulfillment operations, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products
• Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves within project management systems and ERP
• Inspects shipment packing lists and compares with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy
• Provide tracking information and enforce ASN protocol to ensure end distribution has visibility to inbound shipments
• Perform Goods Receipt on all incoming products and components into ERP system
• Coordinate the process of invoices and coding and work with finance to ensure timely payment of vendors and billing
• Confer or correspond with cross-functional teams to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, or nonconformance to specifications
• Track finished goods and components until final delivery is made. Work with production to resolve order discrepancies
• Maintain an organized view of outstanding products and the related unfulfilled orders
• Monitor various platforms to assure data is consistent across various systems
• Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
• Contribute positively to team dynamic and manage up where necessary
• Creates and logs UPCs for D2C products
