The Job
Bleacher Report is looking to hire a Remote Operations Technician to work in our ever-growing remote technical operations department. This Full-Time position will be working with our video production, media, and tech teams in a remote environment. Although this position focuses on all remote operations, it is preferred that the position be easily accessible to Bleacher Report's offices located in NYC.

The Daily
• Assist and perform site surveys, remote contributor builds, and/or studio productions to support all departments of Bleacher Report and collaborations within the overall Warner Media Sports organization.
• Maintain the technical quality and aesthetic look of the B/R Brand when it comes to all remote technical operations.
• Help maintain all internal/external remote operational workflows.
• Understand enterprise level audio/video production gear and maintain relationships with vendors to keep all remote production equipment up to industry standards.
• Assist with the equipment management checkout process and shipping logistics.

The Essentials
• Bachelor's degree in Television/Video production
• 2-5 years experience working in a media production environment. Prior live/studio/remote production operation experience is necessary
• Ability to travel with short notice and receive work in form of short-term assignments that often require application of independent judgment
• Perform tasks under tight deadlines, work independently, and manage simultaneous projects while in-house or on the road
• Demonstrate proficiency in most areas of professional broadcast function as well as some in-depth specialization
• Experience creating and maintaining professional relationships with a wide variety of vendors, organizations, producers, and freelance staff
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
