The Product Design Team consists of a diverse, close-knit group of passionate and talented multidisciplinary creatives that work across mobile and web products. We work collaboratively to solve problems holistically and ship features quickly while putting a strong emphasis on understanding user behavior, product thinking, and building community.

What You'll Do
• Design new user-centered experiences for Bleacher Report's social and web experiences
• Deliver creative solutions by designing the complete design process from the definition to launch (e.g. wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and engineering handoff) for our mobile apps and website
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Design, Product, and Engineering to support the company vision and objectives
• Work with Engineering to ensure high-quality design implementation and user experience
• Present work early and often, communicating complex ideas in an accessible way to partners and stakeholders

Who You Are
• 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX, UI, or related fields with a track record of working across all platforms (e.g. iOS, Android, Web, Connected TV)
• Demonstrate an understanding of UX, and product thinking skills and with a portfolio of shipped work to prove it
• Demonstrate an understanding of multi-step and cross-platform flows and potential states in your work (e.g. errors, success, dead-ends, contexts)
• Demonstrate knowledge of visual design (e.g. layout, typography, hierarchy, patterns, and principles). Demonstrate an ability to prototype
• Possesses solid verbal and written communication skills
• Humble and motivated to learn
• A self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and proactive in seeking answers
• Transparent and collaborative works closely with their product and engineering leads
• You embody high standards and thoughtful design
