Your New Role

This Live Producer role is a leadership position on a highly-collaborative team. The ideal candidate for this position is adept at both leading elevated live productions, as well as managing AP's & PA's in a direct-report capacity.

This person must be an avid sports fan who keeps up with relevant storylines in the sports landscape.

This position requires someone who communicates exceptionally well & can prioritize their own tasks .

Must be OK with intermittent travel & irregular hours – the nature of live sports coverage requires occasional nights/weekends/Holidays.

Your Role Accountabilities...
• Line-produce elevated digital shows in accordance with Bleacher Report's editorial standards, sense , and style
• Lead long-form live podcast-style productions hosted by current athletes, as well as oversee the post-edit process in coordination with Social & Programming
• Ideate around topical storylines in sports to help determine the content of live shows
• Interface with on-air Talent, both remotely and in-person, to align on content goals
• Manage the day-to-day schedule & long-term career path of direct reports

• Fundamental Production skills (Adobe Photoshop/Premiere)

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $58,786.00 - $109,174.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
