B/R Social Producer (short form digital)

The Job

WarnerMedia seeks a Social Producer for Bleacher Report.

B/R's Short Form digital production team is looking for a hybrid video producer/on-camera content creator. Producers on the Short Form team are responsible for social field production, TikTok ideation and video execution, guest access content and producing more traditional digital-first videos like NBA highlight countdowns. The team also functions as part of a shared resource group, lending production support to B/R's portfolio brands (ex. B/R Betting, B/R Gaming, B/R Kicks, etc.) for weekly and special one-off projects.

The Daily
• PItch and create videos for TikTok merging popular trends with what's topical in sports
• Produce social videos on-site at major sporting events for a variety of platforms
• Ideate and execute content with athlete and celebrity guests beyond traditional interview formats
• Produce digital-first content like highlight countdowns and ''social news'' videos
• Support B/R's portfolio brands including constantly pitching ideas and executing special projects
• Appear as on-camera talent in videos as requested

The Essentials
• 3-5 years of experience in video production or social media content creation
• Well-rounded knowledge of the current sports landscape
• Extensive knowledge of social media and what's trending across platforms
• Understanding and familiarity with the Adobe suite of products (Premiere, After Effects, etc.)
• Previous experience and understanding of social field production is preferred
• Experience working with professional athletes and celebrities is preferred
• Awareness of Bleacher Report's voice, portfolio of brands and extensive knowledge of internet sports culture
