The Job

The Digital Production team is looking for an experienced, dedicated NYC or ATL -based Associate Director to contribute to productions for our LIVE platforms that cover a variety of sports as well as sports culture. We are looking for someone with a passion for pushing the boundaries of new content experiences and who gets excited about culture. But you can't take yourself too seriously because it is fun, and we are determined to create the most entertaining and innovative social LIVE experiences. We work in a fast-paced, 24-7 field in a laid-back environment. You'll be in a role that allows you to work with multiple groups and networks.

The Daily:
• Pitch, plan and support live shows and streams for B/R's platforms
• Be able to tell an effective, coherent story, work with talent and create within B/R's voice digital first content sensibilities. 
• Team with Directors and Producers to build impactful live shows/streams at a variety of production levels (From 4k to phones)
• Work with leadership for pre-production and post-production needs
• Be able to work with the design and specialty graphic unit to create, update and implement update elements as needed. This includes gathering all audio and video assets including graphics, sound effects and music
• Demonstrate creativity and be a thought and idea leader
• Show an eagerness to learn, a hunger to work hard, and an ability to get things done



The Essentials:
• 3+ years experience in studio or remote control room and/or related field
• No issues traveling for remote productions
• Excellent communicator.
• Proven creator with experience working in the digital space
• Able to take direction and complete tasks independently
• Knowledge across pop culture, sports, and social media platforms
• Proactive with great passion, thought and opinions with a sense of ownership to all assigned projects.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to work with production and editing staff at all levels
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
