BioWare creates games focused on rich stories, unforgettable characters and vast worlds. It operates primarily out of Edmonton (Alberta, CAN) and Austin (Texas, USA) creating some of the world's most critically acclaimed titles since 1995. The studio is currently working on future game experiences for the Mass Effect™ franchise, one of the highest rated video game series of all time, and the Dragon Age™ franchise, whose latest entry was the 2014 Game of the Year. We are also working on announced projects Star Wars™ The Old Republic™, a story-driven massively multiplayer online game, and Anthem™, a co-operative Action-RPG set in a new and mysterious world.

The Senior Technical Product Manager is a leader for the engine team, working with stakeholders from multiple projects, locations, and studios to understand the short and long-term needs of our varied projects. They help to reconcile the needs into a single vision for the studio's technology portfolio.

You will report to the Senior Director of Production.

Responsibilities:
• You will:
• Lead ongoing lifecycle product management
• Ensure the User Experience equally supports all games and all disciplines
• Define, measure, and publish objectives and metrics for success
• Conduct requirements gathering and product specifications
• Manage prioritization of work while balancing short and long term goals
• Create, maintain, and evangelize product roadmap
• Work with multiple stakeholders with diverse or competing requirements and priorities

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience with software development, for example as a programmer or a product manager
• You have shipped large-scale software applications or games
• Passionate about technology and leading transformational projects
• You know how to bring diverse opinions together to create exceptional outcomes
