Job Title: Sr. Producer, Video Creative

Department: Creative Content

Reports To: Director, Video Creative

Job Summary: The Baltimore Orioles seek a Sr. Producer, Video to elevate the club's visual storytelling within our ballpark, on social and digital platforms, within club advertising, sponsorships, and more. Reporting to our Director, Video Creative, this position will focus primarily on player-driven stories and season-long narratives. This person will be expected to act as a producer/director on productions and should be equally able to effectively plan and communicate expectations, vision, and strategies to help engage our fans, drive revenue, and impact our community.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Player-driven storytelling through long form, short form and hype videos across all club owned and operated platforms
• Organizational storytelling to give fans a more intimate look behind the scenes of our club both on and off the field
• Game coverage as a shooter and editor
• Video board content for the ballpark
• Marketing and advertising support

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in video production or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of collegiate or professional video experience
• Project management and leadership experience in creative video department
• Hands-on experience producing engaging content for in-game video board production is preferred
• Hands-on experience creating media for web and other new media delivery channels
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and written/verbal communication skills
• Proficiency on computer applications to execute and deliver completed projects within time-sensitive deadlines
• Experience with Cinema, Mirrorless, and DSLR cameras
