Job Title: Graphic Designer

Reports To: Art Director

Job Summary: The Baltimore Orioles seek a full-time Graphic Designer to create graphics packages and campaign collateral for email campaigns, social media, digital platforms, advertising, in-venue video boards, sponsorship, and more.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Create graphic packages from brand standards
• Assist Senior Graphic Designer and Art Director with specialty and organizational projects supporting marketing, corporate partnerships, and ticket sales initiatives
• Design creative for video boards in the ballpark
• Build campaign templates and one-off graphics for Social Media use
• Assist with Social Media requests

Qualifications & Experience:
• Excellent design sense, strong knack for graphic design trends as well as a deep understanding of digital and social strategies
• Passion for innovation and desire to establish the Baltimore Orioles' Creative Media team as best-in-class
• Detail-oriented, especially under deadline pressure and managing multiple projects at once
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Knowledge or experience in motion design is a plus
• Experience designing for LED boards, email campaigns, infographics, digital advertising, presentations, social media content, OOH, print, sponsorship, internal communications, and more
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Graphic Design or related field
• Minimum 2-4 years of design and brand experience
