JOB TITLE: Coordinator, Member Services
DEPARTMENT: Ticket Partnerships
REPORTS TO: Manager, Membership Services
JOB SUMMARY: This position will assist with the day-to-day supervision of the Member Services team in support of Birdland Member (Season Ticket Holder) retention with a focus on servicing and reward fulfillment to drive revenue through member satisfaction.
COMPENSATION: Includes a base salary based on experience and the opportunity to earn bonuses for achieved various individual and team-oriented goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary duties to include, but not limited to the following:
• Oversee the hiring and training for a best-in-class Member Services team
• Scheduling Member Services and Game Day teams to cover the hotline, e-mail inbox, and Birdland Rewards Center both in-season and during the offseason
• Monitoring customer service dialogue in all facets – phone calls, email, in-park, social media, etc.
• Tracking and reporting of Birdland Member dialogue
• Coordination of the Birdland Rewards Experience on game days
• Monitoring Birdland Rewards fulfillment
• Assist with the day-to-day relationship management of our ticket distribution partner
• Display in-depth knowledge of the full range of relevant products and benefits and convey that knowledge to Birdland Members and potential leads
• Ensure customer data and profile requirements are accurately represented in database and CRM system
• Assist with Birdland Rewards and member-exclusive events and experiences.
• Become highly proficient with Tickets.com ''My Orioles Tickets'' and the MLB Ballpark App
• Perform related duties as required
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in ticket sales/operations and customer service, preferably within a professional sports environment is desired, but not mandatory.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
The ideal candidate is coachable, driven, enthusiastic, and possesses a positive attitude. The ideal candidate must deliver outstanding customer service and exhibit characteristics of high-level salesmanship.

• Must be highly self-motivated and have a desire to excel in sales
• Demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload
• Consistent attendance and on-time arrival daily
