Job Description
Bally Sports' mission is to build a transformative, participatory sports platform, anchored by the most exclusive and relevant live professional games, that provides fans a year-round opportunity to engage with content and communities they are most passionate about. We are looking for a marketing executive with deep DTC growth experience to help build, manage and evolve marketing efforts for Bally Sports+.

Bally Sports DTC – VP, Marketing Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Marketing function of Bally Sports+ including customer acquisition, retention, engagement, pro team and device marketing, brand and awareness efforts and other marketing and promotional efforts related to driving and exceeding company subscriber and other growth targets
• Lead, mentor and build the marketing team and help foster a culture of collaboration, creativity and data-driven decision making
• Oversee the planning, execution and optimization of subscriber acquisition and performance marketing campaigns that drive conversion and efficiency
• Influence buildout and management of Customer Strategy team focused on engagement and retention of subscriber base and ultimate increase in lifetime value - partner with Product Management on key initiatives
• Partner cross functionally to drive marketing campaign and branding efforts that generate awareness, cultural relevance and consideration of Bally Sports+
• Work with Partnerships team to implement offers and other initiatives across a variety of marketing channels
• Partner with leagues and teams to drive consideration and acquisition of service across all relevant marketing channels
• Partner with Bally Sports teams on positioning, brand architecture and message optimization
• Manage DTC marketing budget
• Facilitate comprehensive test & learn strategy
• Work cross functionally and collaboratively across all teams to exceed goals

Requirements:
• Minimum of 15 years overall experience
• MBA preferred
• Demonstrated success in driving customer growth for a prominent DTC brand/ SVOD platform preferred
• Successfully built, scaled and led high performing marketing teams, specifically for a digital brand
• Experience in using data and analytics for decision making and measuring marketing effectiveness as well as creating a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to drive growth
• Passion for the digital media landscape and understands the intricacies and distinct nuances of every step in the marketing funnel.
• Adept at liaising with multiple stakeholders and thrive in matrix environments
• Point of view and interest in new developments within the sports industry
