Traffic Coordinator

Job Description

Bally Sports is seeking for a Traffic Coordinator preferably with Wide Orbit system experience. This individual works both independently with minimal supervision and collaborates as part of a team. He/She relies on their exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills. He/She possesses strong functional knowledge of Traffic , Network Operations, and Ad Sales. This person will report to the Traffic Director.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Manages all commercial inventory on daily logs as well as resolves any additional commercial inventory issues that may occur during current week or future
• Supports Marketing, Programming, Traffic Copy Hub in Atlanta, Finance, and Ad Sales as needed
• Ability to work multiple logs on a single day , primary and alt logs for various sports
• Able to create and schedule program formats in our Traffic system per program grid and input program titles
• Manages Suppliers client orders and spot placement
• Able to get the log out in a timely manner, works well with deadlines
• Back up to Finance for log reconciliation
