We're looking for a Senior Manager, Partnership Marketing to lead the creation and execution of best-in-class partnerships architected to grow awareness, cultural relevance, and new subscriptions for Bally Sports+.

• Lead all co-marketing campaigns from strategy and concept to production, execution, and performance tracking for Bally Sports+ growth and brand partnerships
• Partner with Business Development to bring partnerships from deal close through launch - including requirement gathering, partner integration, and building marketing launch plans.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of all partnership marketing efforts, including creative briefs, asset creation, internal and external creative approvals, and overall execution of campaign
• Use a data-first approach to scale and optimize partnerships beyond launch by identifying incremental, mutually beneficial opportunities to grow the partnership
• Work with DTC Marketing, RSN, and Bally Sports+ pro teams to ensure we're developing partnerships and marketing extensions of those partnerships that will resonate with fans at the local level.

• 8+ years experience in partner or consumer marketing for a sports, entertainment, or tech company
• Success in establishing and achieving business goals through marketing in partners' marketing channels
• Excellent communication skills with the proven ability to manage, influence, and grow relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally
• Passionate about staying current with emerging trends in sports and streaming media to make recommendations on partnerships to pursue
• Experience coordinating complex, multi-layer promotional marketing asset approvals

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $125,000 to $130,000 and this position is eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan. Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for Colorado and New York City based hires only and is provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules as well as the NYC Salary Transparency Laws. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
