We are looking for a driven, collaborative marketing executive who has deep marketing experience within the sports industry, specifically with building culturally relevant marketing campaigns and initiatives with professional Teams and Leagues. This individual will build and lead a talented team that will drive efforts with our League and Team Partners to activate mutually beneficial initiatives to drive awareness and adoptions of Bally Sports+. The team will work closely with Bally Sports Marketing, Product, Analytics, Legal, and other divisions to best achieve growth goals. This candidate should be passionate about the future of streaming and sports and enjoys solving complex business challenges in a nimble, fast-moving setting.

Senior Director, Teams Marketing, Bally Sports+
• Oversee the Teams Marketing function with the goal of building best-in-class partnerships resulting in mutually beneficial activations
• Establish and cultivate robust relationships with the Regions and Teams to understand their priorities and distinct market attributes to effectively serve them and their fans
• Partner with Leagues and Teams to develop marketing campaigns and other initiatives to drive awareness and grow subscriber acquisition and engagement for Bally Sports+
• Collaborate with Bally Sports Marketing and other key stakeholders to share concepts with Teams on how to best use platforms to market and drive awareness for Bally Sports+
• Develop and present ideas on how to successfully tap athletes and other Team/League assets to drive cultural relevance within the sports zeitgeist for Bally Sports+
• Concept a strategy & execution plan on how to best leverage Brand, Social, Devices, and other platforms to drive awareness and subscription goals for Bally Sports+
• Serve as point person for Diamond Sports Management, Leagues, and Teams to provide updates on Bally Sports+ performance, insights, and activity
• Measure effectiveness of all programs and suggest optimizations as product and service evolves
• Work cross functionally and collaboratively across all teams to exceed goals
• Lead and empower a team of marketers to own the marketing activities with our League and Team Partners to drive growth for Bally Sports+

Requirements:
• 10+ years overall experience
• Experience in using data and analytics for decision making
• Have created and led partner marketing campaigns with leagues, teams, brands and other organizations
• Superb partner management skills
• Passion for the digital media landscape
• Adept at liaising with multiple stakeholders and thrive in matrix environments
• Point of view on the future of sports and platforms/distribution models that are desirable to sports fans

The base salary compensation range for this role is $130,000 to $150,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
