Job Description
Bally Sports' mission is to build a transformative, participatory sports platform, anchored by the most exclusive and relevant live professional games, that provides fans a year-round opportunity to engage with content and communities they are most passionate about. We are looking for a product manager to help grow the Bally Sports audience across all of our digital platforms by defining and developing a product strategy, while working within the larger Product team and across departments throughout the organization.

Product Manager – Ads Responsibilities
• Manage and perform day-to-day product/project management activities, including the definition of product specifications, requirements, user stories, high level technical and user experience flows
• Manage correspondence with various stakeholders and provide updates and guidance on regular basis
• Ensure all Ad Product documentation is updated and shared with relevant stakeholders as needed
• Analyze performance across each initiative and translate them into an easily digestible format for cross-team communications
• Comprehension and experience in digital display and video, including knowledge of creative ad servers, and concepts like VAST and VPAID
• Troubleshoot and escalate any issues to appropriate stakeholders and document in ticketing/documentation systems.
• Become versed in existing systems and understand the implications of changing business requirements and consumer behaviors
• Manage relationships with internal and external development, design, testing and operations partners to implement product updates with a consistent level of quality
• Supporting and learning from senior product managers

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
• Experience working in multiple product methodologies
• Strong attention to detail to be able to manage multiple projects at once
• Strong presentation and written communication skills and experience leading product discussions with senior management
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of setting and delivering on expectations and commitments
• Experience in a queue management/ticketing system such as JIRA Experience with agile software development workflow
• Knowledge of display ad operations including GAM (Google Ad Manager)
• Knowledge of video streaming and ad serving ecosystem, including video ad servers (Freewheel, DoubleClick for Video, etc.)
• Ability to work autonomously and as a member of a collaborative team
• Passion for sports
