Job Description

We are looking for a Manger, Subscription Finance professional to own our customer metrics, analytics and reporting. You will report directly to the VP Business and Subscription Analytics.

Bally Sports Manager, Subscription Finance Responsibilities
• Collect, model and analyze key data points for the Direct to Consumer (DTC) product.
• Comfortable with working with large sets of data across different analytics platforms, payment systems and various 3rd party integrations. Strong proficiency in Google Analytics.
• Generate scheduled and ad hoc reports to grow the overall DTC business.
• Ability to generate actionable insights from existing and new data sources to assist the Marketing, Product, Finance and Leadership teams.
• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide accurate, clear and reliable actionable data for the organization.
• Proactively identifying customer and business insights and suggesting ways the business can execute on them in the future.

Requirements
• 5+ years' experience in a similar digital streaming or DTC role.
• Experience working on programs/projects within SVOD, OTT services highly desired.
• Expertise and extensive understanding of business models and end-to-end consumer lifecycle for a digital direct to consumer product is preferred.
• SQL programming skills required. Must have the ability to write complex, highly-optimized queries across multiple tables, data sources, and granularities of detail. Use these skills for standardized reports as well as for ad hoc reporting requests.
• Proficiency in Tableau (or another visualization tool) to create efficient and accurate reporting and dashboards.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to build models and findings into actionable next steps. Keen understanding of Customer LTV, CAC, customer modeling and the cohorting of users.
• Strive for data consistency across all reports with a discerning eye for detail and ability to solve problems logically.
• Solid experience with Google Analytics to analyze and extract data to under page/consumption data as well as performance drivers by marketing channels.
• Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels.
• Exceptional verbal, written communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to distill complex issues or information into a straightforward and an easily understand manner.
• Ability to handle a fast paced and evolving environment while handling multiple projects at once.
• Complete team player. Ability to work across teams and departments in a respectful and constructive manner.
• A passion for sports, live events and streaming.
