Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Program Management executive who can build and lead a team that oversees and manages the successful development of multiple, key marketing, product, engineering and other complex business initiatives. This leader will work across a variety of stakeholder groups while managing an overall program roadmap and the execution of multiple project workstreams. This leader will maintain a strategic program view and be comfortable working hands on multiple projects as the service evolves from launch.

Director, Program Management, Bally Sports+
• Plan and define the workflow, processes, procedures and reporting requirements across a portfolio of projects
• Prepare cost estimates, develop resource requirements and maintain budgets for key projects and initiatives
• Develop fully-scaled project plans and communication documents
• Partner with Business Operations and other cross functional teams to create project scope, goals, success metrics and key deliverables to meet strategic goals
• Manage cross team dependencies and facilitate open communication
• Track milestone success, critical KPIs and provide a comprehensive view of how project status impacts overall product development and other initiatives on the campaign calendar
• Actively facilitate project retrospectives
• Manage stakeholder communication to define and report on project status and issues
• Identify and manage areas of risk/opportunity and drive resolution of issues
• Build out Program Management function
• Work cross functionally and collaboratively across all teams to exceed goals

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience
• 10+ years experience managing complex DTC and digitally focused technical and marketing projects or programs
• Experience overseeing programs/projects within SVOD, OTT services highly desired
• Expertise and extensive understanding of business models and end-to-end consumer lifecycle for a digital direct to consumer product is preferred
• Expert knowledge of project management methodologies and supporting tools which can be applied across multiple priorities or projects
• Deep experience developing and reporting on metrics and KPIs for business goals, process improvement projects, and program management
• Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels
• Exceptional verbal, written communication and storytelling skills
• Experience building and leading teams
• Point of view on the future of sports and platforms/distribution models that are desirable to sports fans

The base salary compensation range for this role is $190,000 to $200,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
