Job Description
The Director, Partnerships helps lead the Bally Sports RSN business and the strategic sales efforts across the regions. Specifically focused on post-sale fulfillment and campaign performance, the Director of Partnerships plays an integral role in client retention and satisfaction. Working with our various national advertising partners, the newly-created role will take a leadership position among the sales constituent groups.
Reporting to the VP of Sales, this role leads the efforts in compiling and creating post-sale materials to share with our advertising partners. The ability to gather video examples of on-air integrations as well as demonstrating performance against advertising metrics are a key focus of this role. A successful candidate will be comfortable with data as well as possess the ability to develop recap presentations.
This position will interface and collaborate with multiple levels of sales management, both at the corporate level as well as with the General Sales Managers at each of the regions. The position will also assist on creative pitch efforts, package/partnership development, and serves as a resource for client and agency-facing meetings. This role is critical to developing and maintaining key relationships with partner sales groups, as well as driving cooperative efforts to secure and provide value to mutual clients.
Strong project management ability, knowledge of Adobe Premiere, Photoshop and PowerPoint preferred. The geographic location of this position is flexible.
