Job Description
Bally Sports is seeking an experienced professional to join their staff as their new Director Digital Analytics. In this role, the Digital Analytics Director will be responsible for overseeing a team and helping to drive key insights across the organization through a deeper understanding of consumer behavior, site & app performance, social analytics, and path-to-purchase by leveraging a full suite of analytics tools.

The Digital Analytics Director will:
• Develop, manage and communicate the analytics roadmap and deliverables
• Collaborates closely with counterparts in Data & Analytics on projects that span multiple disciplines
• Represent the best practices of the Digital Analytics group to internal partners
• Develop comprehensive understanding of current stakeholders (product, marketing, IT) strategic needs across digital platforms
• Build out, Supervise, lead and mentor a small team of people responsible for day-to-day measurement, tracking and reporting. Is responsible for the quality and direction of analytics team's work
• Oversee and construct data-driven narratives to support cross-channel reporting (web, app & social)
• Partner with technology teams on analytics implementation, datalayer, database integrations, tag management, and emerging tools and features

Qualifications:
• 8+ years of related work experience
• Bachelor's Degree • Experience conducting analysis using Web Analytical tools, like Adobe/Omniture and/or Google Analytics
• People Leadership experience
• Strong Strategic capabilities as well as be hands-on and comfortable with Tactical Execution
• Solid problem solving and time management skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail

Highly organized Desired Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Marketing or related field

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $175,000 to $185,000 and this position is eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan. Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for Colorado and New York City based hires only and is provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules as well as the NYC Salary Transparency Laws. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
