Job Description
We are looking for a Client Services Representative to join the Partnerships & Activation group within the Ad Sales team at Bally Sports West/SoCal/San Diego. This position provides administrative support to local Account Executives/Marketing Consultants, Digital Sales Manager, and Sales Management on many levels. Primary responsibilities include order entry and tracking, reports and communications with agency buyers and assistants, and helping to create client presentations. This role reports into the Director, Partnerships & Activation, and is preferably based in San Diego.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the accurate entry and stewardship of all orders received from our network advertisers
- Provides sales support posting orders; communication with buyers, agency assistants, sales managers and Traffic, providing research and creating presentations
- Uses Wide Orbit to input orders, resolve discrepancies, file orders and process make-goods
- Works closely with Account Executives/Marketing Consultants in lead generation, prospecting, cold calls, and business social events
- Works with Marketing Consultants, senior directors and VPs on custom sales/revenue reports, research slides and marketing decks
- Communicate business opportunities and shifts with the marketing consultants, management, ad agencies, and traffic teams to optimize efficiency regularly
- Prepares reports on revenue, delivery, inventory management, and forecasted budget goals on a weekly basis
- Pulls reports from Wide Orbit and provides management with accurate numbers for revenue reports and forecasting
- Interfaces directly with the Traffic department in order to ensure that orders are input correctly and that spots run at the correct time, in the correct show, with the correct copy within the contractual boundaries set by the client
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in advertising sales, sales operations, or media buying is preferred
- Understanding of the larger TV sales and media buying ecosystem
- Strong attention to detail is critical, and the ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines
- Proven ability to work as a member of a team and individually are necessary
- A high level of organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships is required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of OSi, WideOrbit, or AOS Operative systems is a plus
