Bally Sports+ - Business Operations Associate
• Conduct and recommend ad hoc analyses to solve acquisition, engagement or other customer challenges
• Perform regular competitive and industry research, specifically within new sports streaming products, services and innovations for younger sports viewers
• Assist with the creation of presentations, analyses and other documents to be shared with key stakeholders
• Propose and implement new processes to support the operating team in best managing the business
• Help with development of larger DTC operational plans
• Support goal setting and tracking initiatives
• Assist on awareness and cultural relevance-generating marketing campaigns and initiatives as appropriate
• Lead team and office initiatives
• Work cross functionally and collaboratively across all teams to exceed goals

Requirements:
• 2-3 years overall experience
• Demonstrated success in presentation development and business analysis
• Passion for the digital media landscape
• Experience supporting DTC marketing campaigns
• Adept at liaising with multiple stakeholders and a superb team player and collaborator
• Ability to be flexible and play multiple roles as service scales
• Point of view on the future of sports and platforms/distribution models that are desirable to sports fans
