As such, we are looking for an experienced User Experience Researcher who works closely with the product and design teams throughout the iterative design and product development processes to improve our user's experience. You will help identify user pain points, design appropriate research methods, conduct user studies, and analyze and present the results in a clear, creative and impactful way. You will streamline current user research and develop strategies for additional/ongoing types of testing, and manage an easily discoverable insights repository.

• Design and conduct user research studies for multiple projects
• Collect and analyze user data through a variety of channels and methodologies
• Communicate learnings and recommendations in compelling and creative ways
• Drive product improvements and growth of key metrics based on research findings through reports and presentations
Qualifications
We are excited about you because:
• 3-5 years experience crafting, executing and reporting design research
• Skilled in a range of methodologies, with experience designing and conducting different types of user-research studies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability and desire to work both independently and within a team
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Experience analyzing qualitative research
Preferred Qualifications:
• BS Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Social Science or a related field
• Workshop planning and facilitation experience
• Communication style that puts users at ease
